  • You can cancel without having to pay for the booth until ..... If you do so, you will get all your money back, apart from the registration fee. However, if you cancel after ........ or fail to show up, you will need to pay the full price for your bookings, as well as any other documented costs sustained by TwK as a result of your cancellation or no-show. Should the trade fair be cancelled for reasons specified in 14 (1) of the Terms and Conditions, you will waive your claim to the reimbursement of the registration fee, as well as part of the fees due to TwK, in the amount of 20% of the total price of all confirmed trade fair space/booth/booth type bookings, as  well as the infrastructure fee.

  • The registration fee is non-refundable. It does not matter whether the event was cancelled by the organizer or you decided not to attend.

  • Your registration fees go toward the early costs of organising the trade fair, such as registration system maintenance, as well some of the subsequent expenses.
